In this article we present the Distal Jet. The Distal Jet is a new appliance designed to obtain a distal movement of first and second upper molars without the need of patient co-operation. The Distal jet appliance is a very useful appliance that obtains good and consistent results in Class II non-extraction correction. Furthermore, results are obtained easily and fast and, unlike other appliances, upper molars are bodily moved. In the article the appliance is showed and its way of use is explained. Two clinical cases are presented.  (Rev Esp Ortod. 1999;29(2):139-144)
